The Gems International School and Greenfield International School are also open, with both schools providing educational opportunities for children of all ages.

There are eleven neighborhoods where you can find Emaar South properties for sale. These neighborhoods have properties in different formats, and the pricing for each property is different based on layout and size.
The Golf Links neighborhood was one of the first to be developed at Emaar South. This space is close to the golf course and features villas with three to four bedrooms each. The villas are about 3,000 square feet in size, and rent costs can go from 125,000 to 145,000 AED per year. Sale prices can go from 800,000 to 5 million AED. Most of the properties around here will likely be purchased, but rents can provide substantial profits for investors.
Golf Views is also close to the golf course, with many properties offering views of many golf holes. Golf Views houses smaller apartments with about 1,000 square feet of room in the smallest spots. These apartments include one to three bedrooms, so investors should look at what they need when finding an apartment here.
The costs for renting or buying an apartment at Golf Views will vary surrounding how many bedrooms are in a spot. A single-bedroom space is available with a rent of 38,000 AED per year, but people can purchase one of these spots for 550,000 AED.
Two and three-bedroom apartments at Golf Views are more expensive, with these properties ranging from 45,000 to 85,000 AED in rent per year. The most expensive apartments can go for 2 million AED on the sale market.
There are three Greenview neighborhoods where you can find Emaar South properties for sale. Greenview is on the northwestern end of the development.
Greenview I and II are the first two of these neighborhoods. Both of these spots offer villas for sale and rent. These villas range from three to four bedrooms with living areas from 1,000 square feet and above. These villas will go for up to 145,000 AED per year for rent.
The third Greenview neighborhood has luxury townhouses with three or four bedrooms and 2,100 square feet or more of living space. The townhouses are more extensive spaces that feature private car parks and extended bathroom spaces. These townhouses go for about 100,000 AED per year for rent. You can also purchase a property at Greenview III for 750,000 to 1.6 million AED, with the total varying by size and location.
You will find three Parkside neighborhoods in the easternmost part of Emaar South. This space has three and four-bedroom villas in sizes from 1,850 square feet upward. These villas have annual rent costs of 125,000 AED upward.
The three Urbana neighborhoods are in between the Parkside and Greenview areas. The region has smaller townhouses at about 1,200 square feet and greater and two to three bedrooms. The townhouses can range from 50,000 to 100,000 AED per year for rent. These smaller spots will be helpful for people looking for a space to stay for short-term projects.
You’ll need to know what your prospective return on investment or ROI will be when buying Emaar South properties. Your potential ROI will vary over whatever property you purchase.
Single-bedroom apartments are expected to receive the highest ROI, as it may be easier for people to rent these smaller spaces. Expect an ROI of about 6 percent for these apartments. The ROI for other apartments with more bedrooms will be around 4 to 5 percent, which should be enough to make this space a good investment.
You won’t find as much of an ROI on villas, although the more massive ones with extra bedrooms will have a greater ROI. The ROI for a four-bedroom villa will be around 5.2 percent. Two-bedroom spaces have ROIs of 4.2 percent, and three-bedroom areas will be at 4.5 percent.
